Hi everyone, Wow - it's a true sign of the times when the internet can have such an affect on the exposure of a dance. Since posting our YouTube clip of the Argentine Stroll I am being contacted regularly for our instructional DVD's. I checked the statistics on my YouTube channel and I was amazed to see that the Argentine Stroll had been viewed in 36 countries, has had 8500 views, and lately it shows that 60% are male viewers. We love to see the guys interested in dancing don't we girls. Ross and I have a new dance that we are working on so keep your eyes peeled for that. I have attached a list of the different Instructional DVD's we have made so far and will let you know when the next one comes out. Let me know if you have any requests. Happy Dancing Sue. |

We have created two new Instructional DVD's to help you practice at home. These DVD's describe the mans and ladies steps and include a demonstration of the dance. Sequence DVD 3 Whispering Foxtrot Engagement Waltz Argentine Stroll Miami Rumba Sequence DVD 4 Quando Quickstep Sallyanne Cha Alpha Waltz Mambo Magic These are available at a cost of AU$20 plus postage. |

 We are delighted in the response to our You-Tube clip of the Argentine Stroll. We have had around 2600 views from as far as UK, Ireland and US. As well as making its way to some Brisbane dances, and now a couple of Perth studios, we have received emails from a few dance schools in the UK whose clientele have seen the clip and are asking to learn it. Keep your eyes peeled for our next newly created dance ! |

Hi everyone, Hope you all enjoyed your Christmas and New Year festivities. We've got lots of lovely things planned for this year. You can warm up with our Mid-Week Easy Dance at a special price of $5 on the first one for the year (Wed 18th Jan) in Buderim, and that will get you ready for our 2012 Opening Night Dance on Friday 20th Jan at the Kawana venue. I am putting on a Weekend Workshop for you all to learn the Engagement Waltz which has some lovely Waltz steps in it, and the weekend will conclude with a Sunday afternoon dance in Buderim. Ross and I have planned plenty of visits throughout the year and in March we will be having a "Mad Hatters Tea Party" themed Saturday dance. That should be a bit of fun. Plus we have Medal Cabarets booked and we are planning a "Ballroom Moves Ball" for May. Keep your eyes peeled for more information or send me an email and I will add you to our E-Newsletter list. Sue Weekend Workshop “Engagement Waltz” 2 hour workshop to learn the Engagement Waltz Sat 21st Jan at Buderim venue 3.00 to 5.00pm Follow up revision on Sunday at 3.00 followed by Sunday Social Dance 4.00 to 6.00 Tea & Coffee provided on both days The Engagement Waltz is a popular dance on the Sunshine Coast and elsewhere which consists of some very nice ballroom steps. This is a sequence dance but you can also enjoy using these steps in a social Modern Waltz.
